Shipping is free for orders over HK$800. Orders under $800 are charged a HK$100 flat rate for shipping.

Carrier is dependent on the type of product. All products in Japan are typically shipped with Japan Post/EMS, FedEx or DHL.
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Exchange/refund will be allowed for defective, damaged products, and wrong items sent etc. only.

Orders typically cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please contact us ASAP if you have an issue with your order.
We typically cannot modify your order once it's placed. There will be no refund of Delivery Charge and/or any Additional Charges due to an unattended delivery address. In such case, we will require additional Delivery Charge for any rescheduled delivery.
